HELPFUL  HINTS  TO  SELL  YOUR  HOME  FAST:

Make a checklist:  what to clean, put away, etc.

Paint bright/dark walls a neutral color

Clean: appliances, carpet, floors, ceiling fans, baseboards, etc.

Paint the front door: remove signs, fix broken door bells, etc. 

Clean the pool – (if pool is covered, have pictures)

Tame wild jungles: cut back shrubs

Brighten things up:  open blinds, curtains, be sure all light bulbs work

Leave the house: walk the dog, visit neighbor, drive around, run errands– (buyers want to chat)

Start packing:  this will clean cluttered closets, garages and remove lots of extra photographs.

Above all:  check the price!  If your home is overpriced, even though you will accept less, the buyer doesn’t know that and may choose another home that offers the same for a lower price!
